Specialties: Pioneer in Low Income Housing Tax Credits LIHTC in the state of Texas. Purchased the Louvre Apartments from Aetna in 1988 and began rehab. In looking for capital for the rehab found availability of LIHTC and started out as a pioneer in the program. Purchased and rehabilitated several Low Income Housing projects in the Houston, Texas area. Owned and operated a Manufactured Housing independant dealership in Chino Valley, Arizona. Became interested in other innovative building methodologies.
