As the COE team lead, coordinated and oversaw staffing for a 25+ person team across several time zones (US and Asia) on a team that completes over 100 client engagements each year. Directly managed over 25 engagements in the COE including several high-profile firm clients. Built relationships with various engagement team members, clients, and other key stakeholders to deliver quality service. Represented the COE as a Trust Solutions Staff Council member (selected by senior leadership as 1 of 50 members to represent the Trust Solutions practice employees) from July 2020 through June 2022. Co-led the COE’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Staff Council Leadership Development subcommittee. Created and maintained a mentorship program with over 50 mentees. Facilitated monthly “Coffee & Conversations” diversity & inclusion topic discussions within team. As a member of the COE Innovation team (2020 – 2021), proposed and led several initiatives to create new service offerings for the COE and identified areas for innovation, leading to the growth of the COE from servicing around 200 clients to over and from around 100 staff to 500. Served as a career coach, providing in depth mentorship to four COE team members.
