As part of Splunk’s EMEA Partner Leadership team, I currently lead our long-term EMEA-wide go-to-market (GTM) strategy, engagement, and sales execution with AWS—our largest global cloud alliance partner—across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. My focus is on building scalable business growth through strategic alliances, cloud transformation, and innovative sales initiatives. Previously, I served as the Global AWS Alliance Leader at Hexaware, where I advanced cloud partnerships and industry solution innovations. Before Hexaware, I was a Senior Business Manager in the Strategy and Engagements office of the Vice President, AWS EMEA Commercial Sales organization. In this role, I managed multi-year growth initiatives, led cross-segment programs, and drove Migration Success Operations for AWS’s flagship Migration Acceleration Program (MAP). Earlier in my career, I worked at Alcatel Lucent (ALU) and Cisco, progressing from software engineering to program management and quality leadership. At Cisco, I led ProServe delivery for global enterprise and service providers clients; managed multiple strategic initiatives as Chief of Staff for executive stakeholders focused on Telco and Emerging Solutions business growth. I later led the Customer Success Strategy execution for Cisco EMEA, driving software adoption programs that enabled customers to realize business value faster while achieving recurring revenue growth. I am passionate about “solving for the unknown and untested” and building scaling mechanisms that drive business results. Having led a wide spectrum of large projects—across products, services, and business development—I bring a unique skill set to manage complex initiatives spanning multiple technologies and teams. As a dedicated STEM ambassador, I have inspired hundreds of UK students to pursue technology careers, and as a Culture Champion at AWS, I helped new team members embrace a culture of customer centricity, innovation, and speed.
