Manage content and imagery on all digital channels including Fairmont.com, hotel microsite, Accor.com and OTAs to ensure a consistent web presence• Support F&B outlets to ensure that all content is up to date on all web platforms• Create and implement promotional content for special offers and packages, in coordination with the Director of Revenue.• Advise on compelling ad imagery, copy and promotions in consultation with Director of Revenue• Post dynamic content to key partner sites (Wedding, CVent, as well as Sonoma County Tourism and Sonoma Visitors Bureau, Yelp)• Participate in Corporate and Regional marketing calls to discuss new initiatives and share best practices• Partner with Sales, Public Relations and Revenue Management to promote the hotel’s offerings • Manage email campaigns, work with Responsys email tool, build and load lists• Analyze email productivity and profile segmentation.• Communicate with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns.• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, and partners to secure positive coverage and collaborations.• Act as a member of the crisis management team.• Maintain an up-to-date photo and video library, including a photographic record of all media and special events.• Plan and execute high-profile events and experiences to attract and engage luxury clientele.• Oversee the creation of compelling content, including digital campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials• Oversee social media strategies, including paid social, and reputation management best practices• Proactive and reactive outreach for on-brand filming and photoshoots.• Work with Fairmont Corporate to stay updated on all brand internet marketing campaigns, toolkits and standards.• Follow the annual budget and administer that budget in a fiscally responsible manner• Update and coordinate on property collateral including digital signage, reader boards, in-room TVs etc
