Managing the risk systems used for onboarding and transaction monitoring. Maintain and developing the rules, AI models and workflows that govern these systems- Delivering on automation of key onboarding checks across Fraud, Credit Risk, Compliance, KYC and CDD, reducing the time to board. Reducing manual referrals significantly, whilst enhancing detection and auto accept rates- Streamlining loss classifications for Fraud and Credit Risk to reclassify accurate debt categorisations. Significant reduction in YoY Fraud and Credit Risk loss achieved, via development of rules and models- Modelling on sales, refunds, chargebacks, debt, and negative settlement performance during Covid at both merchant and sector level to provide forecast models and key recommendations across Fraud and Credit Risk monitoring. Use of SQL, R, Excel and utilising Macroeconomic factors to assess economic impacts- Implementing external Credit Risk bureau data feed ingestion into the transaction monitoring system for advanced monitoring through rules and models- Collaborating with 3rd party vendors to scope migration of risk systems into AWS Cloud and on-prem migration. Conducting feature gap-analysis to understand benefits and system development required.
