As a Thought Leader, I produced a 183% increase in net income by transforming the focus of an existing business model from a retail-based to public sector business and creating institutional sales. Responsible for the institution of an IT product that kept private all data and interaction solely between the agency and the recipient. My strategies directly impacted an 11% increase in agency efficiency, while building stronger bonds between the agency and clientele. This further fostered brand trust and loyalty. Positioned in Guam, I skillfully led international teams through the development of a newly established model for global operations, while implementing a custom-tailored and highly secure computer software suite for a joint United States Department of Defense and the USDA initiative. I secured and privatized data for 1800+ military personnel and their dependents.
