Job Responsibilities Summary: • Coordinated marketing activities & communication across eight major regions (WEU, EEU, APAC, LATAM, MENA, SA, JP, India) to align with China HQ. • Worked closely with the Global Media Team to collaborate with media partners in creating and delivering effective media marketing campaigns. Assisted the team in presentations, campaign updates, project management, and communication. • Oversee marketing administrative functions, serve as the first point of contact for Overseas CMO, monitoring the access while ensuring timely and consistent correspondence. • Marketing budget planning for the German market, handling expenses accruals/write-off/payment, coordinated across Finance / Procurement / GTM departments to maintain company financial account. • Supported DE marketing operations such as marketing assets management/creation, business website maintenance etc. to ensure the quality delivery of the marketing activities.
