I am a Quality Engineering Testing Expert and Transformation Leader with over 25 years of experience in:• Building, growing and maturing QA/QE organizations• Transforming / maturing QA organizations and bringing them to QE CoE level & setting up testing practices• Managing QE service delivery portfolios and large, globally distributed QE teams (> 150+ QE practitioners)• Designing and implementing effective QE solutions for complex SI programs across multiple technologies and sectors• Experience in leveraging cutting edge test automation / AI technology to drive the continuous improvement of QE effectiveness and efficiency I also take great pride in my role as an Executive Director on the Canadian Software Testing Board (CSTB), the national member board of the ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board). This position allows me to contribute to and support the testing community both in Canada and internationally, a responsibility that I find particularly fulfilling.
