Port Infrastructure Project ManagementProject Roles and Scope• Structural Engineer and Project Manager for port infrastructure engineering and inspection projects, from feasibility studies to rehabilitation, repair, conceptual and preliminary design, and detailed design.Project Portfolio• Projects include repairs to port infrastructure at bulk terminals, LNG terminals, container terminals, municipal docks, vehicular ferry terminals, and the electrification of existing terminals.Project Management and Controls• Lead project teams and provide technical guidance, defining scope, deliverables, expectations, and milestones to ensure stakeholder and client needs are identified and met.• Establish project controls and manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, value-added engineering, cost estimating, communications and workshops, design criteria, change management, delivery, and closeout.Technical Guidance and Consultation• Provide technical guidance on project delivery methodology, construction feasibility, construction sequencing, permitting and regulatory authority advisory, Indigenous group consultation, and management.•Provide technical feedback and guidance on multi-disciplinary engineering design including mechanical, civil, geotechnical, electrical, architectural, and coastal.
