When I tell people there’s an FBI Hostage Negotiator, a Catholic priest, and an Entrepreneur in the same room with them, people look at me waiting for the punchline. But that’s my highly-diversified leadership background. I’ve rebuilt two organizations from the ground up, had a lot of success, overcome difficult challenges, and learned a lot from painful mistakes.
