Executed Community Outreach program that accounted for over 12% in client calls (up from 3%). The strategy focused on building, maintaining and deepening relationships with Communications, HR, Outreach and Senior Management staff at footwear companies throughout the USA. • Supported and worked closely with the Development team, assisted in securing - directly and indirectly - donations in excess of Travelled extensively in the USA, presenting to senior executives to ‘factory’ workers on the benefits of Two Ten’s programs and services. Other outreach tactics included producing brochures, posters, e-blasts, and tabling at company-wide events.• Extensively used social media to provide a comprehensive picture of programs and services• Developed Two Ten’s focus on digital storytelling, capturing and producing stories from individuals that represent the diversity of Two Ten’s clients.• Produced and executed record breaking Young Professionals event in NYC. Attendees included Miss Universe 2012 and over 10 C-level executives from top footwear companies in the USA. Produced Two Ten’s Milwaukee’s women in footwear inaugural networking event, including coordinating bi-weekly meetings and agenda – as well as all event logistics.• Led the Web Communications team that resulted in the freshening of the web site - on time and on budget, and implemented a process for updating the web site continuously.• Coordinated the production of brochures, posters, e-blasts, and tabling at company-wide events.• Maintained and produced outreach visit activity reports, ensuring accurate records on Raiser’s Edge.• Managed Two Ten\'s information technology systems (computer, data and phone systems), including an upgrade of all computers and printers. I also project managed a major overhaul of the data and voice lines.
