I help companies operationalize what\'s next, across two startups. The Other Group provides growth consulting for VC backed AI and SaaS startups, we come in as embedded GTM advisors — auditing, scaling, and building go-to-market strategy and execution. Growth-oriented, end to end. Sapiera AI is an AI consultancy that turns AI into internal capability through strategy, enablement, and implementation. We work with companies stuck in AI pilot purgatory: local tools, scattered pilots, adoption that stalls. We diagnose where you actually are, install the operating system that makes AI compound across the business, and enable your team to own it. Sprint-based. Engineered exit. We run our own consulting business on the same operating system we install in yours. The common thread: 25 years operating at the intersection of technology, AI, and brands. Shopify, Manus AI (acquired by Meta), Firework, Art.com (acquired by Walmart), Society6, Casio. At Shopify, I built and led the merchant success org for 800+ mid-market and enterprise merchants representing $8B+ in GMV. I developed GTM playbooks that drove 120%+ YoY growth and led CS teams that consistently exceeded NRR, retention, and expansion benchmarks. Today I advise VC-backed startups including Manus AI, Glober AI, and Warmly, and host executive dinners bringing AI founders and brand operators into the same room.
