ABOUT DENNIS VEREB
For the last decade I have supported hundreds of people in Job Search and Career Management, through small group facilitation, content presentation and individual coaching. My goals for them are to get clear on their search and career targets, create a formal plan, master the tactics that best support their search, and “course correct” as necessary - recognizing what their barriers to success are and getting in action against them. I hope they’ll pass on what they’ve learned to others. Formerly I was a Corporate Officer in Human Resources (HR) in both generalist and specialist positions, that included everything from strategic planning to tactical implementation. Core to my success was building and maintaining relationships with business partners and leaders across the organization in support of their goals, with the ability to communicate complex issues and ideas to a wide range of audiences in a manner that enhanced employee engagement and teamwork. My experiences included Global and Regional HR Leadership (with expatriate roles), “Greenfield” Start Ups around the world, People Processes and Culture in Mfg at both the Plant and Division levels and Career - Perf Coaching across the organization. Early in my career I was a Teacher, Coach and Adult Probation Officer.
