ABOUT DENIZ SUBASI

Deniz is a multilingual Boundary-Breaking Business Leader and Strategic Innovator with a computer science and technology background (Informatics). His entrepreneurial journey began remarkably early, launching his first business at age 12 and his first export business at 16. Before relocating from Hong Kong to Adelaide in 2009 to start a family, he gained valuable international experience working in Germany, Switzerland, Türkiye, Hong Kong, and China. His corporate experience includes roles at prestigious companies like IBM, SAP, and UPS in Europe before establishing his own Semiconductor and Flash IC products manufacturing and export business in Hong Kong/China. Under his leadership, this venture expanded to serve over forty countries across six continents, scaling from zero to a multi-million dollar operation in just a few years. Deniz\'s academic credentials include an MBA from the University of South Australia (2017), a Certificate of Disruptive Innovation from Harvard Business School (studying under world-renowned innovation expert Professor Clayton Christensen), and he is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). His expertise spans starting successful ventures, brand creation, rapid growth, and strategic business exits. In 2014, he demonstrated his innovative thinking by designing, developing, and patenting a big data application for identifying trending and profitable products. This e-commerce solution, which included ease of trading metrics, attracted thousands of subscribers. Since then, he has successfully launched, scaled, and exited numerous businesses across various industries. In late 2023, Deniz launched ExpertEase AI, focusing on Autonomous AI agents and Large Language Model solutions. Under his leadership, the company has developed sophisticated AI products serving critical industries including healthcare, finance, and space sectors. While leading his ventures, Deniz has served as a strategic advisor to esteemed boards and subcommittees. With over two decades of experience in consulting and executive advisory services, his coaching and advisory expertise has positively influenced countless professionals, establishing him as a trusted advisor in the field. His accomplishments include securing and managing high-value government grants, particularly in advanced manufacturing and technology. Deniz maintains the highest professional standards, being trained in and compliant with ISO 20700 Guidelines for Management Consultancy Services.
