I am responsible for Process and Administrative leadership of HR, Payroll, Benefits and their respective HR Information Systems. I also hold the Shared Services HR managerial roles in recruiting and hiring. I am leading a team of HR professionals to support the new centralized U.S. HR processes. I provide support to Kimball Electronics Group Shared Service employees; Provide support to our global operations - assisting in implementation of key policies and practices that directly support our Vision and Guiding Principles; Own HR due diligence for prospective acquisition targets; Performance Based Hiring certified recruitment for our team; Kronos middleware expertise for US operations.
