I am a passionate speaker, scholar, and advocate dedicated to transforming the sport landscape through social entrepreneurship, decolonization, community engagement, and gender equity. My work is rooted in the belief that women and marginalized communities in sport innately have the resources required to develop the industry in a direction that centers our unique needs and measures of value. As a thought leader in social entrepreneurship in sport, I explore innovative ways to leverage sports for economic empowerment, social justice, and community development. I work with organizations, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders to create initiatives that foster inclusion, accessibility, and long-term change. Whether through grassroots programs or strategic policy influence, I am committed to reimagining sports as a catalyst for social good.My research and speaking engagements on the decolonization of the self in sport challenge Eurocentric narratives that have shaped the global sporting landscape. I advocate for a more inclusive and culturally responsive approach to athletic development, coaching, and leadership—one that acknowledges indigenous knowledge systems, ancestral resilience, and the diverse identities of athletes.
