I did all my carrier in Quality Departments in Space activities. Nevertheless, I had the opportunity to start at production level which gave me solid knowledge to understand and mastered mechanical and chemical processes. Then I evolute, firstly on antennas manufacturing then at equipment level. After, I managed Quality at Project level on equipments for Scientific and Institutional Payloads. This was my first experience in transversal management. But I was looking for experience and contact abroad. I had then the opportunity to be part of the procurement team of numbers of equipments, making me travel in many countries. I did learn in the companies I visit as much as I could advise them on the improvement of their manufacturing processes based on space systems quality rules and rigor. Those exchange were very rich. After being contacted by a head-hunter, I‘ve been managing the quality teams in French Guiana Space Centre to keep Arianespace staying in position of leader in Launch Service Provider.I am now proud to take the head of the Quality of all Arianespace entity.
