I am a people focused and systems minded professional with experience in strategy, capability development and the delivery of complex national programmes. My work centres on building clear structures, processes and education that support people, strengthen organisational capability and create long term sustainable practice.In my current role I develop and implement classification strategies, policies and operational processes for national sport organisations. I coordinate national and international programmes, oversee compliance, and respond to enquiries from a wide range of stakeholders. I manage classification opportunities, training pathways and resources, and I support a national workforce through recruitment, accreditation and ongoing professional development. I also contribute to international initiatives, standards and reviews that shape best practice in the sector.Across my career I have delivered training, built capability, managed multi stakeholder relationships, created resources, led projects and supported organisations through change. I work well in high pressure environments and I enjoy roles that combine people, problem solving and clear communication.I am motivated by helping individuals and teams perform at their best and by creating systems that are organised, transparent and aligned to long term goals. I value continuous improvement and I bring a collaborative and practical approach to every environment I work in.
