Annually create a unique merchandise assortment for multiple categories that appeal to resort guests of all ages. Develop and source product range across multiple categories while maintaining plan with in an Open To Buy that results in favorable maintained margin and positive retail revenue.• Uses historical data to plan and develop sku counts and quantities for all shops and categories.• Create and build weekly/monthly reports to monitor sales, react to reorders, markdowns and movement of merchandise to optimize sales and identify risks while implementing initiatives for corrective action.• Manage allocation insuring all shops have adequate inventory based on attendance and seasonal needs.• Minimize cost of goods sold by negotiating costs and quality to maximize margin and quantities.• Partner with sister parks on meeting minimums quantities to maximize assortment and reduce risk of higher inventory levels.• Annually exceed online sales through maintaining a fresh assortment of new product and managing inventory levels and promotional offers.
