Effectively managed all aspects of three departments (Clinical Supply, Systems, and Global Planning), staff, and the end-to-end production and clinical trial oversight of clinical supply across Alnylam clinical programs (Phase I-IV), investigator-initiated studies (IIS), expanded access program (EAP), and named patient, with two to four new wave programs introduced annually within the growing pipeline.Led the PAI efforts, developed PAI tool kit, and fostered environment across team of inspection readiness at all times. Played a key role in the success of PAI inspections with EMA, FDA, TAIWAN, and PMDA for multiple programs (AMVUTTRA® and OXLUMO®), working closely with inspectors in front room and inspection teams.Mentored and oversaw team knowledge and engagement of new eTMF systems within Veeva, developed with IT blinded and unblinded access entry, ensuring secure trial management, reducing risk, enhancing streamlined communication across platform, and reducing manhours.Former Roles Included: Director, Clinical Supply Chain (01/2019 – 12/2021) and Associate Director, Clinical Supply Chain (08/2016 – 12/2018)
