Provide on the floor supervision of workflow and direction to team members including scheduling and implementing job assignments, daily tasks, goals and projects. •Assist and participate in regulatory inspections and audits supporting backroom teams and material management related support. •Review work throughout the process and at completion to ensure it has been performed properly and in accordance with SOPs and adhering to GMP standards. Trains staff in range of cGMP and operational functions. Review of logbooks and documentation to ensure good documentation practices. •Provides oversight and suggestions on special projects such as validation, setup, process development •Support continuous improvement projects, CAPAs, Change Controls, Effectiveness Checks, DDRMs, Deviations, and quality systems as they relate to Materials Management-owned operations and processes. Participating in cross-functional meetings to support goals and programs. •Performs material handling activities: material staging/loading/offloading, SAP transactions, GMP receipts, inspection, documentation and movement including hazmat and controlled storage areas.•Coordinate/Pack/Ship/Transfer GMP materials within specified temperature requirements domestic and internationally, including HazMat; active IATA and DOT certification. •Maintains material inventory levels using required systems including but not limited to; SAP, Excel, Word, Veeva, Box. Troubleshoot inventory and transaction errors in SAP (ECC and S/4 HANA). •Data Analytics; creation and execution of warehouse capacities, capacity projections, material consumptions and forecasting. Optimizing in house and external storage capacity with analytical and creative storage techniques.•Maintains safe work environment, ensuring safe/compatible storage, hazardous handling, fork truck operation. Active member of the EHS Safety Committee.
