My passion and purpose is helping organisations become better places to work. I recognise that there can be no successful organisational transformation if we don\'t recognise the impact of any changes on the people who work there, so look to collaborate with clients to introduce changes that are beneficial for achieving organisational outcomes and improving employee experience.I am an experienced consultant having worked in the IT industry for over 25 years for many different clients and organisations and on many different types of engagements. I have covered many software delivery roles through requirements, development and testing before using my experience to advise on performance improvement across the solution delivery lifecycle, specialising in Agile and Lean ways of working but also using other approaches and processes. I generally act as an organisational transformation consultant, coach and mentor.My management and consulting experience has provided me with strong organisational and communication skills, whilst my hands-on development and research background has provided a good understanding of technical issues. I establish excellent working relationships with clients at all levels and have strong presentation skills having attended and presented at several international forums.Specialties: Delivery Transformation, Change Management, Operating Models, Culture, Agile, process improvement, training facilitation, cross-functional teams, working with geographically and organisationally distributed teams.
