ABOUT DECLAN REGAN

Background:I\'m a young, enthusiastic, driven IT professional, graduated from Queen\'s University Belfast in July 2013 with a 2:1 in BSc Business Information Technology. I spent my first year as an IT professional working within the Online Marketing Department of National Museums Northern Ireland and following graduation, I secured the role of Technical Marketing Executive within Seopa Ltd.Experience:As Web Marketing Assistant within National Museums Northern Ireland, my initial focus was to strengthen the organization\'s presence on Social Media. However, I was then required to utilize my technical expertise for Web Development using a Kentico CMS and Email Marketing which involved coding, testing and implementing email templates using Adobe Dreamweaver.My current role as Marketing Manager within Seopa Ltd is centered around use of my IT, analytical and business skills in order to run a selection of the company’s key revenue generating activities. Current Responsibilities- planning, coding, executing and optimizing email marketing templates (including mobile optimization) and campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and minimum unsubscribe rates- A/B and multivariate testing of different website landing pages and website forms using Google Analytics to ensure maximum sales per website visit- creation and optimization of Pay Per Click marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI over customer lifetime and controlling a marketing spend in excess of £1M per annum- updating the company websites using a Drupal Content Management System, HTML, CSS & JavaScript- working with internal and external resources to ensure seamless integration with other affected systems- applying my knowledge of SEO principles when creating and implementing keyword-rich content on the company websites- analysis and dissemination of data for presentation
