Through Women’s Work Revolution (WWR), I help women navigate workplace challenges, amplify their influence, and contribute to building inclusive workplaces that prioritize accountability, innovation, and a human-centered approach to productivity. The WWR community is changing the face of leadership and modernizing workplaces to meet the demands of the future.I bring over 20 years of experience in the Talent Solutions industry, spanning recruitment, career coaching, facilitation, account management, leadership development, and consulting.My Career JourneyEarly in my career, I thrived in fast-paced environments, quickly earning a reputation for building trusted relationships and delivering creative solutions. At Manpower, I progressed from recruiter to managing and growing key accounts, working closely with clients to meet their workforce needs.At Optimum Talent (now Gallagher), I supported individuals and organizations through times of significant change and transition. Wearing many hats in this mid-sized consulting firm, I coached leaders, managed client accounts, developed and delivered learning programs, and led projects to enhance operational efficiency.Since 2020, I’ve operated an independent coaching practice, partnering with organizations to deliver leadership development programs and career transition support. I also founded and co-hosted The Work Revolution Podcast, a two-year exploration of the dysfunction in today’s workplaces. Along the way, I deepened my expertise in neuroleadership and positive psychology—fields that continue to shape my approach to leadership and workplace transformation.Why WWR?I am passionate about harnessing talent and unlocking potential within organizations.
