Lead the design and development efforts for local country health, welfare, retirement and time off benefits, in close partnership with regional/local HR management and brokers/consultants. Provide oversight and enhancement of multinational pools. Develop creative and effective communication programs using various media to keep employees informed about company benefit plans and changes. Manage a staff of personnel involved in the implementation and administration of the company’s benefits programs. Partner with local HR management to solve escalated benefits related business problems and effectively communicate to employees. Bring best practice methodology, leadership and consultative services to support employees and key stakeholders. Oversee compliance of benefit programs and practices with respect to benefits administration and regulatory requirements. Assist in the due diligence and integration of benefits programs for mergers and acquisitions.
