Part of an IoIC award winning team*, I am responsible for the overall management, development, maintenance and supplier/stakeholder management of our internal communications channels while also providing best practice advice on their usage.Since joining the team I have:• Delivered a globally aligned intranet launch • Officially launched Viva Engage as a communications channel with best practice guidance and governance• Rolled out a regular tv series dedicated to our passion and strategy • Conducted an Internal Communications audit providing insights and recommendations for the future of the function• Supported on a variety of internal communications campaigns including a new charity partner and financial results.*Winners of the 2025 IoIC Best In-House Team 10+ people and received an Award of Excellence for Best New or Relaunched Channel for the launches of our new intranet (Santander Now) and Viva Engage.
