Developing and maintaining high quality internal communication platforms for Network Rail so that both frontline and office-based employees can access information, know what matters, feel empowered to act and are recognised for delivering great service, safely, for customers. Working closely with colleagues on the development roadmap for channels to support enhanced communication with our diverse workforce. Devise and implement a toolkit and clear guidelines for publishing content on national internal channels so that internal communications professionals know what is expected and that any content not meeting quality control is identified and removed. Provide direction, training and support to a network of publishers, overseeing content plans and development within devolved subsites on our intranet so there is consistency of standards nationally. Identifying key analytics for colleagues across communications that can be used to highlight significant issues and trends to aid decision making and drive improvements. Document and maintain the policy, governance and guidelines for internal channels and adhere to those in creating content or advising other communicators on the same. Apply our editorial policy and guidelines for internal communications channels nationwide. Advise colleagues in how to create and deliver content in national channels, maintaining style and employee guides, so that key messages are easily understood, and employees know what is appropriate. Provide direction to Network Rail on new, emerging communications tools and how they could be used
