Ensure quality control (QC) of all finished goods, repairs, and loans, maintaining consistency and adhering to the brand’s high standards.•Implemented a database for QC standards for all existing and new collections to be used across production, workshop, sales and suppliers overseas.•Coordinate the sending of finished goods to hallmarking and liaise with their team on any issues or delays.•Manage stock and repairs through internal systems, assisting in the allocation and receiving of items.•Oversee the internal photography process for new pieces, collaborating with Marketing and Operations to ensure thorough documentation os jewellery is prepared with high-resolution imagery.•Assist Sales and PR teams with QC of all items, ensuring that jewellery pieces meet the brand’s expectations.
