Building Team Finder has been one of the most meaningful growth journeys of my career. Founded in 2022 by Siddhesh Sapte (ex 22 Feet, Ogilvy Kenya, Lowe Lintas, Mudra), Team Finder was born out of a simple but powerful insight—agencies and brands don’t just need freelancing talent fast, they need the right freelancing talent, with reliability and trust. What started as a solution to a very real business problem has today grown into a platform that works closely with leading network agencies, independent agencies, and fast-growing startup brands across the country.Our growth has been powered by a deeply human, business-first approach. We don’t believe in transactional matchmaking. We sit with our clients, understand their real business challenges, co-create SOWs and talent briefs, and then carefully hand-pick the most relevant freelance talent for the job. This clarity at the start leads to faster onboarding, better cultural fit, and stronger outcomes. Over time, this way of working has helped Team Finder build not just revenue, but long-term relationships rooted in trust, repeat business, and true partnership—where we operate as an extension of our clients’ team and growth partner, not just another vendor.
