Performing a full range of managerial responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, coaching, managing and developing employees remotely based throughout the EMEA region, planning, assigning and directing work in line with business and client requirements within organisational and client SLAs.• Ownership and leadership of the team (headcount of 15) to meet established goals, metrics and SLAs.• Coordinating Onboarding Specialist schedules, annual leave requests ensuring adequate coverage of team capacity.• Front line escalation for client and candidate issues/questions and managing timelines for escalations responses and resolutions.• Managing and overseeing Offer Automation for Rolls-Royce to fully automate all offer and contract generation, complex templates and business areas with an expected completion date of July 2026 – this includes mapping and building of rules to work in line with Roll-s-Royce’s Applicant Tracking System.• Working closely with the internal Security Vetting teams to ensure that all candidates entering specific business areas have the right level of Security Clearance.• Managing Offers and Onboarding shared inboxes for Rolls-Royce with rotas established for the team but being the single point of contact for complex queries, average volumes daily up to 250 emails per day in each inbox.• Overseeing Offers and Screening teams in the EMEA region and processing between 400 to 500 new candidates monthly.• Identify and document process changes, such as process maps, team structure charts and SOPs to ensure all team members have up to date and accurate procedures.• Conducting weekly, monthly and annual audits both internally and externally to ensure full compliance within the organisation.• Monitoring of all background checks, references, Right to Work, Occupational Health and Security Vetting in line with Rolls-Royce screening matrices.
