ABOUT DEBASISH DAS
I am an applied and computational mathematician working on problems related to complex and biological fluids. I am a Chancellor Fellow (equivalent to tenure-track assistant professorship) in the Mathematics & Statistics department at University of Strathclyde. Prior to this I was a research associate in the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics and a post-doctoral member of Trinity College, Cambridge. My research interests mostly include theoretical and computational methods applied to real world problems. In particular, I have been looking at the physics of microorganism\'s motility and the dynamics of particles and drops in electric fields.
