ABOUT DEBANJAN SAHA

Debanjan is currently working as a Senior Functional Architect at Client Services domain at Murex. He has strong knowledge in Credit risk, Market Risk and Collateral management with focus on regulatory changes like FRTB SA/IMA, SA-CCR, SIMM and BA-CVA/SA-CVA. He has acquired detailed understanding of Front to Back to Risk business processes across various asset classes like Forex, Money Markets, Interest Rate Derivatives, Commodities and Fixed Income. He has strong knowlege on pricing, trade booking and position management and post-trade workflow for trade and event validation, confirmation, and settlements. He has managed large scale transformation programs across Tier-2 and Tier-3 banks, leading a team of 15-20 members and delivering projects in the Devops and SaaS context.Previously he had worked as a Senior Consultant with PWC specializing in SAP implementation in liquidity forecasting, cash management, finance, sales and distribution, production planning, material management and human resources.Debanjan has obtained his graduation in Management studies from ESSEC Business School in Paris. He is an extremely diligent student and has gained advanced skills in corporate strategy, decision analysis, financial modeling, asset pricing, financial report analysis and M&A. He has also pursued courses at Kellogg Graduate School of Management specializing in private equity and fixed income. He did his Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University in Kolkata, India.He is multi-lingual with fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali and advanced knowledge of French.
