ABOUT ELODIE JABAUD

I bring 20+ years of experience in Murex Fintech via a wide diversity of positions at different system integrators and at Murex itself: from FO business analyst, senior consultant (client support & client delivery), FO and Integration trainer, trainer coach to partner training lead. I firmly believe in a strong collaboration between Murex and its integrators to deliver client engagements in an aligned manner with appropriate Murex skills and methodology. This means providing training access to all consultants at all levels of the pyramid and constantly nurturing this coworking mindset. In 2017, I joined the Alliance Management team at Murex to focus on the Partner Training Lead role I had created back in 2015. For 6 years, I managed the Murex upskilling of several integrators. Since 2023, I moved into the role of Partner Manager to manage the global relationship of several integrators. I am holding both roles these days: Partner Manager and Partner Training Lead. My expertise covers the following skills- Upskilling Murex ecosystem via a large variety of learning activities: Train-The-Trainer programme, training plans, specific embedment, in-house & customised physical/remote trainings, digital learning etc- Addressing partners skills gap on project delivery- Piloting Murex initiatives with partners on strategic topics: Testing, CICD, Connectivity C2, IBOR reform- Coaching and validating Train-The-Trainer candidates- Building Murex knowledge transfer plans between MX and system integrator teams on strategic client engagement. Conscious of the importance of health and wellbeing in our day-to-day life, I also hold a diploma in professional body massage.
