I am a highly-motivated and leadership focused Retirement/Insurance Management Professional. I have a highly successful track record and innate talents in building diverse relationships and coaching individuals to success. I have proven results in establishing superior working relationships with customers, employees, vendors and contractors. With over 10 years of Insurance Operations Management experience ranging from Claim Operations, Policy Processing, and Billing & Collections. In addition I worked for Colorado PERA managing a team whom administered a retirement benefit for the State of Colorado pension members. During this tenure I attained a nationally recognized INFRE Certified Retirement Counselor certificate. I bring broad and unique technical perspectives to the insurance and financial industry.
