I transitioned to Instructional Empowerment (IE) along with the staff from Learning Sciences International (LSI). IE Model of Instruction supports teachers and students to shift their instruction through the use of a classroom resource kit that includes protocols for both teachers and students. This model of instruction guides teachers and students to more student-centered, standards-aligned rigorous learning. The suite of supports includes Classroom Toolkits, Professional Development, On Demand Videos, Coaching Protocols, Planning Agendas and much more.
