As Executive Vice President oversee all RPM International corporate administrative functions, including finance and accounting, legal and risk management, human resources and benefits, as well as manufacturing and operations. Before assuming the EVP role, served as group president of RPM’s Performance Coatings Group (PCG,$2.0 B publicly reported segment) from 2018 to 2025. RPM career began at Stonhard in 1995, and progressed from product/project engineer to international business development manager, operations manager for European operations, and eventually managing director of Stonhard Europe, living in both Europe and the Middle East. Later became director of corporate development for RPM’s Performance Coatings Division, responsible for the segment\'s acquisition strategy.In 2009, joined a venture capital-funded startup for four years before rejoining RPM in 2013 as vice president of PCG.Holding a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Rutgers University and an MBA from New York University’s Stern Executive MBA Program.
