I am a senior at the University of Florida pursuing dual degrees in Finance and Economics with a minor in Wealth Management (GPA: 3.76/4.00). Born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, I moved to the United States six years ago, where I overcame the challenge of learning English and discovered my passion for numbers. In high school, I was elected Student Government Treasurer, managing a budget, an experience that first sparked my interest in finance.Since then, I’ve gained experience through internships, leadership roles, and entrepreneurial projects. At Pacifico Travel, I reconcile accounts and manage financial transactions, while at UF Student Government Finance I supported a $1M budget for 900+ student organizations. I also manage marketing for my family’s business, Daylerh Barbershop, creating over 200 digital campaigns and driving 4,500+ visits.Service is at the heart of what I do. Since childhood, I’ve been involved with Fundación Misionera Reverdecer, an international nonprofit founded by my father to support underserved communities.
