ABOUT CHRISTOPHER DAY

I work with leaders, teams, and organizations navigating transition, complexity, and change. My practice sits at the intersection of executive coaching, facilitation, and organizational development. I support individual leaders stepping into new roles, teams working through friction or realignment, and organizations designing programs that help people develop in sustainable ways. Clients describe the work as grounded, warm, and diligent, with the ability to go deep and hold steady when things are uncertain. Part of the work is challenging: asking the harder questions, surfacing what has gone unsaid, and testing assumptions that have quietly become load-bearing.Within a field that spans from focused performance coaching to long-arc developmental work, I am most at home in the developmental register: depth, vertical development, and systemic change. My background combines field experience with the United Nations in peace operations and HR transformation, team coaching at Boston Consulting Group, and an integral coaching practice trained at Thirdspace, London. I also bring specialist knowledge of neurodiversity and adult ADHD in professional contexts.Currently based in Hamburg, Germany. Open to conversations about partnerships, collaborations, and longer-term engagements, including abroad.
