I’m a learning and culture leader with over 15 years of experience designing programs that develop people, facilitate change, and foster trust within organizations. I’m passionate about leadership development, change management, culture, and inclusion. My consulting work includes Fortune 500 clients, high-growth startups, and a Big 4 Firm where I’ve become a trusted partner known for building skill in human capabilities. Outside of work, I serve as the Vice President of Engagement and Inclusion for the National Charity League, Seaside Chapter, leading a team of over 25 volunteers to foster belonging and connection across our membership.That role is really personal to me.
