ABOUT DAWN ROWAN
I have over 20 years\' industry experience, having held journalism, media relations, internal communications and marketing roles. Previous positions include working as a news reporter and as a public relations consultant. In my current role with MR Group, I am responsible for managing all marketing and internal and external communications activities, working closely with the leadership team to deliver specific campaigns and change initiatives, to support the delivery of strategic business outcomes. Previously, I held a similar role with Vysus Group, in addition to which a key element of my role was employee engagement, supporting and motivating a global network of employees.Prior to this, I was Internal Communications Business Partner with LR, supporting the Energy and Digital businesses, HSES team and global business functions. Previously, I managed internal and external comms for LR Senergy and was an Account Manager with a PR consultancy, generating publicity for clients covering a wide range of industries, from professional services and oil and gas operators to shipping firms. I studied Journalism and trained as a journalist on weekly and national publications.I am also delighted to have joined the Camphill School Aberdeen Board of Directors in mid-2024.
