As Director of Therapeutic Services at Through the Gate Solutions (TTG Solutions), I lead the design and delivery of person-centred therapeutic support for individuals both in custody and during their transition back into the community. With a background in counselling, lived experience, and mentoring, my focus is on creating supportive, empowering spaces that foster personal growth, emotional resilience, and sustainable change.I’m passionate about breaking the cycle of reoffending by addressing the deeper challenges individuals face and equipping them with the mindset, confidence, and practical tools to move forward. By embedding lived experience and relational support into every stage of our work, I help ensure that each person’s journey is met with authenticity, consistency, and real opportunity.
