My focus is on delivering high-impact, person-centred interventions that prepare individuals for release and support them in building stable, productive lives in the community.Throughout my career, I’ve worked to break down barriers to reintegration by combining operational insight with a deep commitment to personal transformation. I’m passionate about equipping people with the skills, structure, and support they need to thrive — whether that’s inside prison or beyond the gate. My approach blends practical experience, systems knowledge, and a belief in second chances to drive meaningful outcomes and reduce reoffending.
