A graduate of Aerotourism from the State Higher Vocational School in Leszno and Sustainable Tourism from the Academy of Physical Education in Poznań. He successfully completed postgraduate studies in educational and career counseling, development management, and coaching at the Warsaw School of Economics, where he researched the engagement of the younger generation in the hospitality industry. He has been involved in the industry for over 10 years. In recent years, he held a managerial position at one of the largest hospitality establishments in Central and Eastern Europe, managing a team of over 40 people, which allowed him to develop both administrative and operational skills. He co-created gastronomic departments in hotels in Poland and the United Kingdom. He has experience in the HoReCa sector and market development. His career includes working at a Michelin-starred restaurant/pub (two stars) and luxury hotel chains in such as a Luxury Collection, Hotel Bristol or Raffles Europejski Warsaw. Privately, he is a person interested in new solutions, with strong values. He highly respects his role models. He considers success to be personal growth – both his own and that of his loved ones – in professional and private life.
