I am keen on finding and developing great people to work with me and pulling together to achieve a common objective. I\'ve learned a great deal through experience; in university, I was the guy that ran a business for the summer. I\'ve been an equity owner/operator in business and worked with many entrepreneurs to build and implement high growth/high margin business plans. I understand and believe the value of having skin in the game and enjoy being in those environments. I am deeply passionate about great design, it shows passion for the details and effort to balance form and function. It matters how things work and today\'s customer is looking for innovative yet functional solutions - this is the role of business to answer. I believe people notice great design when they see it. I am naturally curious, I tend to ask questions to really understand situations, people, how things work. I like to work hard and have fun with my team mates.
