Purchase flowers at the UFG auction and source product to fulfill orders from our local customers and/or our other branches\' needs•Create strong liaison with other contacts from our branches to control the distribution of the inter- branches products in the most effective way possible•Analyze and create costing for imported products, achieving high level of accuracy and thoroughness •Assist in trouble shooting decisions for orders fulfillment and shipment arrangements•Conduct the month end inventory and create the month end cuts report to calculate the GP•Oversee the daily responsibilities when the Cut Flower manager is away like providing instructions to some staff, troubleshooting issues and reordering products with growers to meet customers\' needs•Assist in creating the weekly price list and placing orders with our local and international vendors•Receive product into inventory system and accurately input new item information•Run and monitor inventory reports to forecast and fulfill product demand to meet our customer\'s needs•Control the weekly distribution reports for all products shipped to other branches, optimizing by 30% the consolidation of the branches’ products by creating easy-to-read formulated spreadsheets•Facilitate product movement through Sage (ERP) system to our other branches
