Participation in process migration from Local and 3rd Party Finance Teams • Perform accounting operations in Record To Report Area with high quality and efficiency: The Balance Sheet analytics - analysis of the assets, liabilities and owner\'s capital of the company • General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Intercompany journal entries, etc. • Accounting operations related to accruals - Accounts Payable and Unbilled Accounts Receivable, Accrued Bonus, Insurance, and other recurring transactions. • Balance sheet reconciliation • Preparation and review of reconciliations • Investigation of unreconciled items in collaboration with other Teams • Support effective audit control environment: • Contribute to General Ledger process improvement initiatives (including Robotic Process Automation supported by Business Process Excellence Team) • Develop, document, implement and manage accounting processes, controls and systems to ensure appropriate level of internal control • Identify accounting risks and collaborate on the design of the internal controls to address these risks • Development and implementation of more effective procedures accounting • Management of ad hoc requests
