ABOUT ROSIE DAVIS
Beginning my new journey in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Brambles after 6 years, working in project management in supply chain logistics at CHEP.During my time at CHEP, I have collaborated on projects with a variety of FMCG companies including Coca-Cola European Partners, Tesco & DHL.I have experience in project management, Lean, Agile & the Scrum Framework.Outside of work I have a passion for social enterprise and the opportunities it provides to make a difference to people\'s lives. Whilst at university I was a member of Enactus Southampton and I gained vast experience in a number of areas:•Business knowledge and management experience whilst jointly running SanEco, a successful social enterprise improving sanitation in Kenya.•Improved my presentation skills as a member of the Enactus Southampton presentation team which successfully won the Enactus UK National Championships in 2015 and went on to represent the UK at the Enactus World Cup in South Africa where we were crowned World Cup Champions 2015 out of 36 competing countries.•Developed my problem solving and advisory skills by running my own team in our flagship Enactus Southampton project SanEco.
