Recruiting:• Manage global recruitment process of various positions from multiple leaders within the CHEP business for the US and Canada: Plant Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering.• Manage full-life cycle recruiting, which includes: Creating job postings through multiple vending sites, such as, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder; Indeed, Monster, sourcing and screening of candidates for multiple job functions; making recommendations to hiring managers; handling and maintaining interview scheduling; and making offers to selected candidates.
