As Chief Executive, I have to privilege to lead TPAS Cymru in promoting and developing outstanding tenant engagement, voice and community development with landlords, public bodies and tenants across Wales. This includes:• Develop and deliver the vision and effectiveness of TPAS Cymru• Lead development, growth, organisational and cultural change• Effective financial management and governance.• Lead and motivate a dedicated, experienced team.• Directly influence Government policy, sector stakeholders through tenant voice• Deliver step change in organisational identity, propositions, and purpose. • Excite and inspire the Welsh housing sector to do things differently.I am influenced by models of community engagement such as co-production, ABCD and using digital techniques in new ways to widen insight, voice and participation.I have strong commitment to NetZero and decarbonising housing and communities
