I help B2B companies improve their marketing effectiveness. I also help B2B agencies scale profitably and sustainably.I was part of a leadership team that grew The Marketing Practice from small local agency to global B2B superpower and category leader. We grew organically and profitably to over £20m, then latterly through acquisition as well as continued organic growth to over £60m. Working with a broad team, I developed some of the leading ABM, brand, demand and channel marketing services in B2B; the agency developed a reputation for impact and commercial effectiveness. Clients and colleagues value my ability to cut through complexity, develop new ideas, present them in memorable ways and see them through to fruition. I have a strong commercial bent and a practical approach.When not talking and writing about marketing and strategy, I\'ll be found reading, watching cricket or telling my kids to stop that.
